YESTERDAY
From beginning the century to the seventies, rich families were living in
the domain, it served to the exploitation of industrial carpentries. The
outbuildings and the park were for horse breeding. The whole were sold to
Holland cheeses refiners. Cold rooms took the place of the carpentries and
the rest of the domain was empty until 1988.

NOWADAYS
Myself and my wife are purchasers since 1991. Considerable work of rebuilding were
undertaken to ensure the seat transfer. The building and the park of 8000 m²,
in which hundred-year-old trees keep up, have finally found a new youth… and
I named this place Domaine de la Gloriette, because in this park, you can find a
period “ gloriette ” (lodge).
